What is LastPass?
Password reuse is one of the most common causes of business data breaches. LastPass Business gives every employee a secure, encrypted vault where they store, generate and autofill strong unique passwords — without ever needing to remember or type them.
At the admin level you get full visibility: security scoring per user, policy enforcement (minimum password length, MFA requirement, vault timeout), directory sync and detailed audit logs. LastPass uses zero-knowledge encryption — your passwords are encrypted before they ever leave the device, so not even LastPass can read them.
Business vs MFA
Full password manager with SSO and admin tools.
- ✓ Unlimited password vaults
- ✓ SSO for 1,200+ apps
- ✓ Admin dashboard & policies
- ✓ Directory sync (AD, Azure AD, Okta)
- ✓ Dark web monitoring
- ✓ Zero-knowledge encryption
- ✓ Includes LastPass MFA
Adaptive MFA without the full password manager.
- ✓ Push, biometric & TOTP auth
- ✓ Adaptive contextual policies
- ✓ Passwordless login
- ✓ VPN, workstation & app protection
- ✓ Risk-based authentication
- – No password manager vaults
- – No SSO or dark web monitoring
Not sure which? Most businesses benefit from LastPass Business — it includes MFA and gives you the password manager on top. LastPass MFA standalone is best if you already have a password manager and just need to add adaptive authentication.
Key benefits
Passwords are encrypted locally before being stored. LastPass cannot see your data — and neither can anyone who breaches their servers.
One-click login to cloud apps via SAML 2.0. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Slack and more — all without storing passwords.
Security dashboard shows per-user password strength scores, reuse flags, MFA adoption rate and policy compliance across the whole organisation.
Continuous monitoring of employee email addresses against known breach databases. Instant alert when credentials appear in a leak.
Browser extension, desktop app and mobile vault. Autofill on Windows, Mac, iOS and Android. Works on and off the corporate network.
We set up the tenant, configure directory sync, enforce policies and support users. You get the protection without the admin overhead.
How it works
iTVerse sets up your LastPass Business account, connects it to your Active Directory or Azure AD, and configures your security policies. Provisioning is free.
Employees receive an invitation, install the browser extension and set up their master password. The extension imports existing saved passwords automatically.
We configure minimum master password length, MFA requirement, vault re-prompt for sensitive items and automatic session timeouts to your requirements.
We monitor the admin dashboard, handle new starters and leavers, investigate breach alerts and provide monthly security reports.
