What is Exclaimer?

Ask most businesses how their email signatures look and you’ll find a mix of outdated formats, missing logos, personal mobile numbers where the company number should be, and signatures that look different on mobile. Exclaimer fixes all of that from a single cloud-based management console.

Signatures are applied server-side, after an email is sent, which means they appear correctly on every device — including phones and tablets — without any software installed on the user’s device. When someone leaves, their signature stops appearing. When a new person joins, their signature appears the moment their account is provisioned.

Three tiers are available — Starter for basic centralised signatures, Standard for scheduling and campaign banners, Pro for Active Directory sync and analytics.
