Why do you need SaaS backup?
Microsoft and Google provide infrastructure resilience — they do not provide end-user data backup. Their shared responsibility model explicitly places responsibility for data recovery with you. If a user accidentally deletes emails, a ransomware attack encrypts OneDrive files, or an account is compromised and data is wiped, your Microsoft 365 licence will not recover it.

How it works
iTVerse authenticates NinjaOne SaaS Backup to your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenant using admin consent. No passwords shared — OAuth only.
Full initial backup runs immediately, then continuous incremental backups capture changes throughout the day. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
iTVerse monitors your backup jobs daily. If a backup fails or data is missed, we investigate and resolve — you don’t have to check it yourself.
When you need a restore — a deleted email, a ransomware recovery, a legal hold request — we retrieve it fast. Granular item or full mailbox, your choice.
