Most backup products charge you separately for the software licence and the cloud storage. With Acronis BDR, storage is bundled — you pay one monthly price per device or user and that's it. No surprise bills at month end because someone ran a large backup.
Acronis goes further than backup alone. Every protected workload gets anti-ransomware and anti-malware protection built in, continuous data protection (CDP) for critical devices, and the ability to spin up a full disaster recovery copy in Acronis cloud if you need it. iTVerse deploys, monitors and manages the platform — you don't need to touch the console.

ℹ️ What “storage included” actually means
The monthly price covers both the backup software licence and the Acronis-hosted cloud storage for each workload. A Workstation licence includes 300 GB of cloud storage — sufficient for most business PCs. A Server licence includes 3 TB. A VM includes 2 TB. Microsoft 365 seats include unlimited storage.
If a workstation genuinely exceeds its 300 GB allowance, additional storage can be added at £0.19/GB/month. In practice, with incremental backups and deduplication, most workstations stay well within the allowance. We’ll flag it if you ever get close.

A lightweight Acronis agent is deployed to your devices via your existing RMM or manually. For Microsoft 365, we connect via API — no agent needed. Provisioning is free.
We configure backup schedules to your requirements — typically hourly incrementals and daily full images. Backups run silently in the background with no impact on users.
We watch backup job status daily. If a backup fails or storage usage spikes, we investigate and fix it — you don’t need to check the console yourself.
